WHO WE ARE

Belly of Love est. 2001, originally started in the tranquil tropical surrounds
of Cairns, QLD (Australia). I stumbled into the world of Belly casting during
my first pregnancy when on a whim, I decided to cover myself in plaster
and chux cloths! Since then I have dedicated much time, energy and
resources into research and development of belly casting, its techniques
& materials. After making a plaster sculpture belly cast of my own
pregnant belly, I progressed to belly casting pregnant girlfriends and
relatives.

With much research we have developed the first, and so far the only
Australian Made All Natural Belly casting kit.

By sourcing natural products and packaging:

our kits are Earth Friendly (environmentally friendly)
our packaging is reusable, recyclable & has a minimal reliance on
plastics
other belly casting companies are now following our lead and
providing more environmentally friendly belly casting kits

As a pioneer in the belly casting business we also initiated the first
Australian Mum & bub casting kit bundle to offer even better savings to
the creative parents-to-be.

We pour our hearts and souls into the business, and from the start we
made a commitment to give 10% of the profits from each sale to the
Special Care Baby Unit S.C.B.U (via the Far North Queensland Hospital
Foundation) at the Cairns Base Hospital after a close friend lost her baby
within hours of the birth. SCBU helps little babies, and also offers much
hope to parents at a time when they really NEED it. We care about babies
because 'Babies are the Lifeblood of our business!!'
